Our trademark red meat product in the shop is Sirloin Capri. Sirloin steaks have a fine, yet firm texture and are rich in flavour. Wrapped in a lattice work of puff pastry the sirloin is layered with semi dried tomatoes fetta and fresh chopped chives.
To cook simply egg wash and bake for 25 minutes in a hot oven 180 degrees Celsius until pastry is golden brown.
